Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
Only what is needed for the service you use:
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, company, billing or shipping address.
- Google account data if you sign in with Google: name, email, and profile image that Google shares after you consent. We do not receive your Google password.
- Orders, support messages, and preferences you send us.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and cookies or similar tags (including Google Analytics / Ads) to run and secure the site.
We do not seek to collect data of children under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
2. Why we use it (DPDP purposes)
- To create and maintain your account, including Google sign-in.
- To take and fulfil orders, send invoices, and provide support.
- To meet tax, accounting, and other Indian law.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
- With your consent, to send product or festival updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Google user data to train general AI models or for ads to other people.
3. Legal basis
We process data with your consent (including the Google consent screen), to perform a contract with you, or where Indian law requires it. You may withdraw consent for optional processing by emailing the address below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done or that we must keep by law.
4. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Payment, hosting, email, and logistics providers who process it on our instructions.
- Google, when you use Google sign-in, under Google’s terms and your consent.
- Authorities when Indian law requires it.
If a processor is outside India, we use the safeguards required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules.
5. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as the purpose lasts, then as long as tax or other law requires (typically up to eight years for books). We use access control and industry-standard hosting safeguards. No method is perfectly secure.
6. Your rights (Data Principal)
You may request access, correction, completion, erasure, and a summary of processing, and you may withdraw consent, subject to the DPDP Act. Write to the grievance contact below. We will respond within the time the Act requires. You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies run the site and sign-in. Analytics and advertising cookies (including Google) run only as configured on this domain. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

9. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy, except where the DPDP Act requires a fresh consent.
